They hold themselves to the highest standards. Their goals prioritize actions on the right things to improve their life. Also, they pursue their dreams with unmatched focus and motivation.

Many athletes stop BEING an athlete after their volleyball career ends.

We're on a mission to change that.

It starts with you reaching your GOAL WEIGHT.

Your GOAL WEIGHT is more than just a number on the scale.

It is symbolic.

It is the place where you feel light, energetic, and strong.

It is the place where cravings do not control you, and you are free from chronic pain.

It is the place where you can be an athlete and not worry about injuring yourself.

It is the place where you have energy for your kids and your career.

If you want to reach your goal weight without sacrificing your relationships or your career

AND keep the weight off for good by creating a lifestyle you love,

STRUGGLES
ARE
REAL.

SURVIVAL MODE is the enemy.

When you are in survival mode,  your goal weight might be the last thing on your mind.

- You're too busy taking care of all the things (and people).

- Delegating takes too long so you end up doing everything yourself.

- You find yourself rushing from one thing to the next.

- This leads to constant cravings and too much snacking.

- Since you can't exercise or meal prep like you want to (perfectly) you don't do them at all.

As if all of that wasn't enough, you find yourself describing all the reasons why you CAN'T have what you really want.

You might love working out, but the list of legitimate reasons for why you can't is long. That goes for everything else you really want.

The truth is, you're fighting the wrong battles.

You want to win at work, at home, and in the gym.

You want to accomplish all of your goals and FEEL ecstatic instead of exhausted when you do.

These are just some of the obstacles that are keeping you from your goal weight. These are problems we can solve!

  • TRACKING for trajectory

  • EATING for energy

  • EXERCISING for enjoyment

Each week, we create a game plan to set you up for success no matter what you have going on in your life.

STEP THREE: BUILD SKILLS

Every problem is solved with SKILLS.

Some of the skill we develop are: 

  • Planning by PRIORITY

  • Taking actions for TRACTION

  • Delegating for FREEDOM

  • Pausing for POWER

  • Aligning for MOMENTUM

  • Fighting for your FUTURE (not your past)

The truth is, begin stuck sucks.

Especially when you are an athlete. When who you are is not who you see in the mirror, it sucks.

If you are feeling stuck, it is probably because you are being pulled in too many directions.

When you are being pulled on all sides, it is impossible to make progress.

We solve for this and make the changes you need to stop surviving and start THRIVING.

Happiness and confidence come from daily effort toward a meaningful goal.

When the PROCESS leads to PROGRESS... that creates immense satisfaction.

Progress takes time, but the process happens TODAY.

You don't have to wait until you have your ideal outcome to feel happy, confident, and strong.

All you need is a process that will lead to progress.
