HOME LIFE: Cassandra grew up in Scottsdale, AZ. She has one brother. Volleyball has been a passion of hers since she was very young! When Cassandra isn’t playing volleyball, she enjoys traveling, and spending time with her husband Brandon and their daughters Alexa and Sydney.
EDUCATION: Cassandra earned her Associate of Arts Degree from Sheridan College and her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the University of Utah.
VOLLEYBALL CAREER: Cassandra was a standout, left handed right side and middle hitter throughout her career. In high school, she helped lead her team to a Regional Championship. Cassandra played club High Country Volleyball Club in Salt Lake City, and she help her team place 6th at the USAV Denver Crossroads tournament. She also played in the National Junior Olympic Volleyball Championships in 2001. Cassandra later went on to play for Sheridan College, and then transferred to the University of Utah where her volleyball career was cut short due to health reasons. She loves to stay involved in the game however she can and enjoys playing with other "retired" friends in local leagues and tournaments!
COACHING CAREER: Cassandra has been an assistant coach for various teams for about 2 years.
